Kanchrapara Netaji Subhash Welfare Society
The Society was registered on 13 July 2012 under the West Bengal Societies Registration Act, 1961 (Registration No. S/1L/93794 of 2012–2013). It was founded by a group of doctors, advocates, teachers, railway employees and homemakers of Kanchrapara who believed that a town takes care of its own.
From free ambulance and dead-body carrier service, to blood donation camps, adult literacy classes, computer training for needy students, tree plantation drives and disaster relief — every activity of the Society is run without any profit motive. All income and property of the Society is applied solely to its declared objects.
Our Mission
To stand beside the aged, the sick, the helpless and the indigent — with food, clothing, education, shelter and dignity.
Our Vision
A Kanchrapara where no child leaves school for want of money, no patient waits for want of a vehicle, and no family grieves alone.
